What is Retail Quilt Summit?

The future of retail won’t be mass-produced. It will be intentional. Adaptive. Human.

At Retail Quilt Summit, we gather independent quilt shops who are shaping what’s next. Those who aim to blend time-honored craftsmanship with modern tools, smarter systems, and forward-thinking strategy.

This is where quilt shops come together to:

  • Share what’s working
  • Learn what’s next
  • Build what lasts

Because the future of quilt retail isn’t stitched from scraps. It’s designed with purpose.

Why Attend?

Designed for quilt shops ready to lead

It’s a virtual summit for quilt shops who want to:

Cut Sets: Curated learning. Cut with purpose.

Sessions are organized into Cut Sets — curated collections of strategies designed to work together.

Just like in quilting, the right cuts determine the strength of the finished piece. Choose the Cut Sets that align with your goals and leave with strategies ready to be sewn into your store.
